The staff were AMAZING! Super friendly and professional. My room was spotless with a comfy bed. The only bummer was the weird parking layout 🤔. Definitely worth a stay!

the hair dryer in the room was absolutely disgusting, sticky with hair all over. the fitness center was quite ordinary, so nothing special there. i expected a gracious welcome gift for my troubles but just got plain old treatment like everyone else, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, what a disappointment!

The location is really convenient, just a short drive to Caltrain and restaurants. Staff response was prompt to our needs, making interactions pleasant. However, the parking lot layout was confusing, forcing me to cross a busy street for some spots. The breakfast options felt basic. a bit more variety would be great. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness but noticed some wear on fixtures that could use attention.

Parking lot layout is a nightmare during busy hours!!! The lack of elevator services can be a real hassle for guests with luggage!!! Poor soundproofing from adjacent rooms can be very annoying at night!!!

Positive, The grounds are beautiful with lovely flowers. My room was spotless and had a comfy bed. Front desk staff were super kind. Breakfast had a nice variety. It was very close to food places and the airport. 😊

the rooms at best western were great—very clean and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the cleaning staff was prompt and did a fantastic job every morning. the location is fab, just a few minutes' drive to the caltrain station.

I had a comfortable stay and the wifi was strong , which is essential for my work. They had a good selection of TV channels for those quiet nights after a long day.
